Key Responsibilities

• Patient Coordination: Manage the daily schedule within MaxiDent, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments to optimize clinic flow.

• MaxiDent Proficiency: Utilize MaxiDent for digital charting, billing, and patient record management.

• Insurance & Billing: Process insurance claims (including ITRANS), verify patient eligibility, and handle accounts receivable/collections.

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person; use MaxiIM for internal team communication.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure all digital consent forms are completed.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience working in a dental administrative role.

• Software: Hands-on proficiency with MaxiDent software is required.

• Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
